Product Overview
The DEL-N100 is commonly used in commercial vehicles with large engine requirements. It is suitable for both 12V and 24V setups. In twin battery configurations, both batteries should always be replaced at the same time. This helps avoid placing extra strain on a single new battery, which can lead to early failure.
This battery uses advanced calcium lead-acid plates to improve performance with modern charging systems. These systems often produce higher voltage, and the DEL-N100 is built to handle that efficiently.
Its sealed, maintenance-free construction means you won’t need to check acid or water levels. Routine checks on the alternator’s charging output during regular service are sufficient.
The battery is also designed to withstand tough working conditions, including high vibration. The use of SMF X-Frame Plus technology adds structural strength and improves durability.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Times
Delivery is available during store business hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery on Saturday is at the discretion of the store and their availability. Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery Restrictions
For both options, delivery is only guaranteed within a 15km radius of the store the product is being purchased from. If you are outside of this 15km radius, your purchase may still be delivered but may incur an additional charge, however this will be discussed with you by Battery Zone after your purchase to arrange and also discuss a suitable time for delivery. Delivery is only available within Australia. You or a person nominated on your order must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. For security reasons deliveries cannot be left unattended and unsigned for.
Unable to Deliver
Every effort will be made to ensure your order will be delivered in line with your delivery preference of either the same or the next day. However, there may be an occasion where delivery is unavailable as the item(s) is out of stock or due to other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be contacted to discuss the updated estimated time of delivery, or be offered an alternative suitable product, this may require an additional charge which will be discussed at the time.
Canceling Your Order
If at any time you want to cancel an order due to the product being on backorder or you have purchased the wrong product, please contact the Battery Zone the order was made from.
Refunds
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Battery Zone products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping Restrictions Apply
Due to IATA and individual airline regulations, this item may only be shipped by surface (road/sea) freight.
